Black Moon
Black Moon
A Black Moon describes several rare New Moon patterns. A Black Moon can be defined as:
The second new moon in a single calendar month, which occurs approximately once every 29 or so months.
It can also refer to the third new moon in a season that has four new moons once every 33 months.
It is similar to a Blue Moon, which refers to a second full moon in a month.
When we have a month with no Full Moon or New Moon, usually in February.
