Snow Full Moon February 12, 2025

The Snow Full Moon gets its name from February typically being the snowiest month during our winter season here in the Northern Hemisphere. The abundant snow made it hard for native people to hunt, nicknaming this moon the Hungry Moon. 

While the Moon in Leo is focused on fun and creative expression the Sun in Aquarius urges balance between fun and the needs of our friends. Leo rules the 5th House representing romance, children, joy and creativity. This can be a great time to get in touch or reconnect with friends. But for some it could mean a time when we find friendships running their course. Take some time to reflect on this.  

Aquarius rules the 11th House which represents hopes, dreams and wishes! Also known as The House of the Thing Wished For. This is where abundance is found, where wishes become reality. You may find friendships and community are being highlighted. Connect with those who are important to you.
